Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts
1 can Ro-Tel 1 can Cream of Chicken 1 can Cream of Mushroom ½ green pepper ½ onion 1 bag shredded cheese 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos |

Directions:
Boil chicken until cooked. Shred the chicken into small pieces. Crush the Doritos and pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Sauté the peppers and onions in a sauce pan with butter. Mix peppers, onions, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and ro-tel together. Add the chicken. Spread over crushed Doritos and top with cheese.
Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. |
