Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

1 White Cake Mix
1 pkg. instant vanila pudding mix
5 eggs
2 Tablespoons poppy seed
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Mix the above ingredients together and mix for 2 to 4 minutes.

Grease cake pan with butter or oleo, mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with 1/4 cup sugar.
Coat the greased cake pan or pans with the cinnamon mixture. Pour cake mixture into pans or (BUNDT Pan) and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min to 1 hour. (use the toothpick test)

Makes the house smell soo good.
