We'll bet even if your kids are not carrot fans, they'd love to try these hot out of the oven!
1 lb. large carrots, cut into strips the shape of fries
1 tsp seasoning blend (we used Three Little Pigs BBQ Rub – Touch of Cherry)
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
BBQ sauce or honey mustard, optional for dipping
Preheat oven for 475 degrees. In a re-sealable plastic bag toss all of the ingredients. Place onto a baking sheet on a single layer. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve with desired dipping sauce.
