POL-Obama-China
On his three-day visit to China, President Barack Obama will be heading to Beijing to meet with top Chinese leaders. He's currently in Shanghai, holding trade talks with local officials and meeting with Chinese university students.
POL-9/11-Trial
The Obama administration's decision to let 9/11 detainees at Guantanamo Bay be tried in civilian court in New York is drawing support from most Democrats and criticism from Republicans, who say it'll give the terrorists a world platform to spout their ideology.
Illinois-Next-Gitmo
Also sparking partisan debate, the proposal by the Obama administration to house some detainees from Guantanamo Bay in a northern Illinois supermax prison.
POL-Health-Care-Abortion
The recently passed House health care bill would change the status quo of restrictions on the federal funding of abortion. The amendment helped get the measure passed, but presidential adviser David Axelrod says Mister Obama will work with Congress to change it.
Obama-Education
Unlikely partners - former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Civil Rights Leader Reverend Al Sharpton. They've joined forces to support President Barack Obama's "Race to the Top" education initiative to bring innovation into the classroom. Reverend Sharpton says he's willing to make unusual alliances to bring excellence and equality to education.
POL-Clinton-Afghanistan
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tells NBC's "Meet the Press" the U.S. mission in Afghanistan is not a long term commitment to rebuild the country, but rather to disrupt, dismantle and defeat al Qaeda.

TO Obama- True individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence. People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made.
Obama said how many times that abortion would not be covered by tax dollars then had Emanuel, Pelosi and Reed write the HCR bill with abortion in it at least 17 times! He knowingly lied when he said it; congress overwhelmingly passed an amendment to remove it and now as it has always been Obama wants abortions covered. Why? Not just his views but all the money given to him by pro-abortion groups and all the promises he made to those groups. While abortion was covered in HCR Planned Parent Hood was touting the HCR bill was a wonderful piece of legislation now that it is out they are saying it is a terrible piece of legislation! Why? Money, Money and more Money to the abortion industry; they could care less about women’s health it's nothing but money to them! Obama could care less about your health as well. This is the first step he wants to take control of us socialy the next is through cap and trade where he wants to control us financially. He will control our health and our finances!
