Fey was already named the Daktronics Central Region and MIAA player of the year this year. She was also an AVCA all-region first-teamer and AVCA honorable mention All-American. Last year she also earned honorable mention All-America from the AVCA.

Fey finished her career third at Washburn with a .322 attack percentage and her .357 percentage this year is the fourth-highest in school history. She finished the year second in the MIAA in attack percentage and fourth with 3.31 kills a set.

Fey is Washburn's fourth player to earn first team All-America.
