KSHSAA Adjusts State Wrestling Schedule Due To Snow

2013 MODIFIED KSHSAA STATE WRESTLING SCHEDULE-ALL SITES

Friday, February 22

Gates open at 2:00 pm

§ 2:00-3:30 pm: Weigh-ins

· 1 pound growth allowance

§ 3:45 pm: Parade of Champions

§ 4:00 pm: 1st Round Matches

§ 2nd Round Matches, immediately following 1st round matches:

· Championship Quarterfinals – 2 mats/class

· 1st Round Consolation matches – 2 mats/class

§ Weigh-ins for Saturday will take place at the conclusion of the 2nd round

· 1 additional pound growth allowance

Saturday, February 23

Gates open at 7:00 am

§ 9:00 am: Championship Semifinals – 2 mats/class

Consolation Quarterfinals – 2 mats/class

§ 12:30 pm: Consolation Semifinals – 4 mats/class

§ 2:30 pm: Finals (wrestled on 3 mats, simultaneously)

Championship: 1 mat/class

3rd Place: 1 mat/class

5th Place: 1 mat/class
