Festive Holiday Taco Dip
This dip is great for K-State football games, any basketball game party you have.. or holiday parties, too. Made by Amber Groeling on Ralph's show, November 14th.

Ingredients:
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

3/4 cup cooked butternut squash

2 Tbs. Hy-Vee taco seasoning mix

1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper





Directions:
In a mixer or food processor, blend the yogurt, squash and seasoning mix until smooth; pour this mixture into a serving bowl, then stir in the chopped peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with veggies, corn chips or crackers.
