School Spirit's In Their Blood
The Community Blood Center asked donors what team was in their blood during a drive in the Marvin Auditorium at the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library.

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)_ Blood donors were able to show off their school spirit while saving lives. The Community Blood Center asked donors what team was in their blood during a drive in the Marvin Auditorium at the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library.
Donors were given either crimson and blue beads for KU or purple ones for Kansas State.
The Center ventured out to the library over lunch on Tuesday hoping to offer donors a convenient place to give back. They could even schedule a specific time by going to www.esavealifenow.org, but anyone was welcome to just drop in.
