Topeka, KAN. (WIBW)--A local church held a unique sale to support earthquake victims in Haiti. Haiti Lifeline Ministries is hosting a
garage-style sale and benefit auction at Journey church.
Organizers saw a steady stream of buyers since the doors opened at 7 this morning. The hundreds of items there were donated just in the past 24 hours. They had everything from cookies, to clothes to even computers. Most of the items don't have a price, the group accepted whatever donation could be made.
If you haven't made it out yet, there's still time. The sale continues until 7 tonight.

Was that Teddy, the preacher from Christian Lord Ministries on the 4 news about this? If so, it would have been really nice to give him and the church there at 24th and California, a little recognition. He deserves it anyway, he does so much for this community!
