TOPEKA, Kansas – Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins Thursday announced that her campaign for Congress raised $215,000 in the 4th quarter of 2009, bringing cash on hand to $663,000 in her bid for re-election.

“We are very pleased with the continued generosity from Kansans in support of my campaign,” Jenkins said. “This is further proof that the folks in Kansans and around the nation are fed up with the direction Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Leader Harry Reid are taking the country. This fundraising benchmark puts our campaign in a position of strength heading into the election year.”
