Topeka (WIBW) - The preliminary hearing for four people accused of killing a Tecumseh man should wrap up Wednesday.
The hearing got underway Monday and continued Tuesday with testimony from an evidence technician.
A court spokesperson says prosecutors still want the judge to hear from one more detective, but that detective is out of town until Wednesday, so the hearing was recessed until them.
51-year-old gerald eberhardt was found shot to death at his Tecumseh home in October. His wife Michelle, stepson Scott Mosher and Mosher's friends, Stephanie Menard and Derrick Haase are all charged with premeditated first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit premeditated first-degree murder.
The hearing is for the judge to determine whether there's enough evidence to order the four to stand trial.
