Topeka Man Sentenced For Sex Offense

Topeka (WIBW) - A Topeka man will spend nearly five years behind bars for aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
36-year old Shannon Carl Goheen was sentenced Tuesday to 59 months in prison.
Prosecutors charged for incidents involving a 14 to 15 year old that happened between January and March of 2007.
Goheen will have to register as a sex-offender when he's released and will be under lifetime supervision by the Department of Corrections.
While he was convicted on one count of aggravated indecent liberties, jurors couldn't reach a decision on a rape charge.

i am the one this man raped......I got pregnant and feel that he should spend his life in prison.....and my mother should not support the man who did this to me.....

Why don't we send all these maggots to Gitmo and have that be their new home from now on. That way it won't overcrowd the jails, they can spend the rest of their days there which means Gitmo will still be used and our kids can feel a little safer. They don't want suspected terrorists there so lets send the SOs there.
