Authorities Search For Escaped Inmate
Authorities are continuing their search a an escaped inmate.

Topeka, KAN. (WIBW)-- Shawnee County authorities continue their search for an escaped inmate.
Derick Renee Crawford, 19, fled on foot after jumping a fence on a secure dock around noon Saturday, said Department of Corrections Capt. Tim Phelps.
Crawford ran away from his supervisor when he was working as a food services trustee.
Authorities booked Crawford on theft, burglary and obstruction on November 16. He is a black male, 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
Authorities are checking in on area acquaintances of Crawford's as they continue their search. Stay with 13 News for updated information.
