Sentencing Delayed In Fatal Arson
A docket hearing to schedule a new sentencing date for Frank Robinson in a fatal arson is February 18th.

Topeka (WIBW) - A docket hearing is set for the man convicted of setting a fatal fire.
Sentencing for 33-year old Frank Robinson was delayed so his new lawyer could become more familiar with the case.
A jury found Robinson guilty in August of second degree murder and aggravated arson.
The charges stem from an August 2006 fire at an apartment house on Southwest Tyler. 53-year old Marvina Washington died in the blaze.
A docket hearing to schedule a new sentencing date is February 18th.
