Manhattan to Host Martin Luther King Jr. Art and Writing Contest
As part of the Manhattan community's Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, original works of writing and art incorporating the theme, "What I am Doing for Others," are now being accepted for the MLK Art and Writng Contest.

As part of the Manhattan community's Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, original works of writing and art incorporating the theme, "What I am Doing for Others," are now being accepted for the MLK Art and Writng Contest.
Submissions are to be turned in at the Manhattan Public Library, 629 Poyntz Avenue, before January 10, 2010. All items must meet the requirements noted on the entry flyer and include a completed entry form attached to the back of the work. Volunteer judges will select the winning entries to be announced and displayed during the Martin Luther King, Jr. Public Awards Ceremony at Manhattan Town Center on Monday, January 18, 2010.
