Sesame Street Celebrates Birthday

Topeka (WIBW) - Topekans joined in celebrating the 40th birthday of Sesame Street.
KTWU invited children from Washburn University's Child Development Center to their studio Tuesday morning for a birthday party.
There were plenty of treats, including a cookie at least one monster would've loved!
KTWU General Manager Eugene Williams says, for many of us, Sesame Street is a place where we learned some of life's most important lessons. He says it's a show that endures still today.
