Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) -- David Price, the man the accused of practicing law without a license remains behind bars at the Shawnee County Jail.

Price has been in jail for almost four months after the Kansas Supreme Court ordered him there.

Price says he has never acted as a lawyer and that he has only helped people in an administrative function with courts.

Price says he won't sign an agreement that says he wouldn't practice law in the future, because he says his constitutional rights would be taken away if he signs that order.

Price would like President Obama to become aware of his situation by November 24. He says if that doesn't happen, he will protest and go without meals.
