Topeka (WIBW) - An accident on Highway 75 sent one person to the hospital.
It happened just after 4:30 pm Monday, just south of the Shawnee-Osage County line.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 26-year old Kyle Daily of Topeka was driving his Chevy utility vehicle northbound when he crossed the center median and collided with an oncoming car, driven by 24-year old Dustin Rose of Quenemo.
Rose was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered critical. Daily wasn't hurt. Both were wearing seatbelts.
It was raining at the time, but KHP says that was not a factor in the accident.
