TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Temple Beth Shalom held its annual Fall Blintze Festival Sunday.

The Jewish temple’s fundraiser has been serving up traditional blintzes for the last 19 years each fall.

About 150 people attended the event, topping their blintzes with apples, cherries, sour and whipped cream.

Event organizers like Jack Wisman said today’s event is a great way to share their culture with their community.

“We do these things not just as fundraisers, but as an opportunity for the public to come in and experience a bit of our culture,” he said.
