New Addition To Bio-Lab Corridor

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)_ Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (R-2nd Dist.) were on hand today as Manhattan welcomed the latest addition to its bio-research corridor.
The Anthropod-Borne Animal Disease Research Laboratory officially announced it will be moving to the Little Apple, Monday.
Brownback announced last month that the Agriculture Appropriations Conference Committee approved $1.5 million to help pay for the move from Laramie, Wyoming.
The move is expected to be completed within the fiscal year which just started last month.
