Kansas AYP Report Released
The Kansas Board of Education received the report Tuesday. It also shows that 88.5% of school districts in Kansas made AYP.

Topeka, Kan. (WIBW)_ The state's AYP or Adequate Yearly Progress report was released and more than 87 percent of schools in the state made AYP.
The Kansas Board of Education received the report Tuesday. It also shows that 88.5% of school districts in Kansas made AYP.
About 40 schools in northeast Kansas did not make AYP, with the majority coming from the Topeka Public School District. Schools in the Emporia, Burlington, Seaman, Manhattan-Ogden, Coffeyville, Geary County and Independence school districts did not make AYP, as well as the Kickapoo Nation School and the Lutheran Schools in Topeka.
