Topeka, KS (WIBW) - A chase reaching speeds of 110 miles per hour ended with three people being taken away in handcuffs. Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Edie said the pursuit started around 8:30 this morning in Wabaunsee County. A silver truck with Missouri license plates was heading Eastbound on I-70. The driver did not pull over for officers. Instead the pursuit continued into Maple Hill, eventually crossing into Shawnee County. Trooper Edie said the truck went back onto I-70 and the chase ended at a private residence just off of Carlson Road.

The suspects took off on foot but the Kansas Highway Patrol's helicopter tracked them down and they were taken into custody. The Kansas Highway Patrol said the suspects are 21 year-old Charles Boeh, 28-year-old Ryan Ball, and 26-year-old Brandy Goodwin.

Brandi should be sentenced to 30 years in prison without parole! What i want to know is how a person that has a felony drug warrant gets out before someone who has just domestic assault! I dont see how that is fair! Chuck should be out & Brandi should still be in there!

I can't speek for all of them but one of them I know is not a good kid at all. I'm very happy knowing they finally got busted. Time to learn your lesson.
