Tournament Planned To Assist Family Of H1N1 Victim
A softball tournament is planned to help the family of Stephanie Alfrey of Mayetta, who family members say died of complications from the H1N1 virus.

(WIBW) - Family members identify a 30-year old mother of three as one of the victims of the H1N1 virus announced last week.
Her brother says Stephanie Conway Alfrey of Mayetta was in the hospital a week before she passed away Sept. 23.
Friends are organizing a softball tournament to help the family with funeral and medical expenses. It's October 10th and 11th at Dornwood Park. Cost is $150 a team.

Donations to the Stephanie Alfrey Children's Memorial Fund are being accepted at Kaw Valley Bank, 4700 Hunter's Ridge Circle, Topeka, KS, 66618.
Alfrey was among four deaths associated with complications from the H1N1 virus that the Kansas Department of Health and Envirnoment announced last week. To date, six deaths in Kansas have been blamed on H1N1.
