Douglas County (WIBW) - A Topeka man has passed away after a wasp stung him while camping at Clinton Lake.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says John Hart was camping with wife Thursday night when he was stung. They say his wife called paramedics when his condition started getting worse.

They say Hart was still able to talk to deputies when they arrived, but had died by the time paramedics got there.
