TOPEKA, Kansas (WIBW) -- A special prosecutor in the case of the Topeka police officer accused of shooting two Topeka men says there is reasonable doubt in the case.
CJ Online reports that in a filing, prosecutor Cindi Carle urged charges be dropped against Jason Judd.
Judd is charged with aggravated battery for an off-duty shooting that injured Daniel and Devin Llamas.
An attorney for the llmas brothers argues the case should go forward.

Well of course the case is week. ITS CALLED TPD COVER UP!! I see were a fellow TPD officer arrested for DUI acted like a man, accepted his responsibility and resigned. Unlike this loser clown Judd. The whole TPD should hang their head low the way this case has been handled.
