Topeka business leaders got a lesson today in saving money by keeping their employees in shape.
Ann O'Bryan of Health Works told how companies could save money by promoting wellness in the workplace.
She explained that health means goes beyond fitness and salads, into wellness and stress management, adding that her message is especially important these days.
According to statistics provided by O'Bryan the average business spends an extra fifteen hundred dollars on health care for an obese employee.
