Jury Set For Teen Facing Murder Charges
Pedro Galicia-Hernandez is being charged with second degree murder and aggravated battery charges in the shooting death of Felipe Barranco.

A jury trial has been set for a Topeka teen facing murder charges.
Pedro Galicia-Hernandez is being charged with second degree murder and aggravated battery charges in the shooting death of Felipe Barranco.
The September 2007 shooting took place at 820 North Kansas Avenue at a quincenera party.
Court documents say Galicia-Hernandez argued with several people.. then went back to his vehicle and fired a handgun at a group of people.
Barranco was hit in the stomach and a 14-year-old shot in the arm.
Jury trial is set for July 6th.
