Fort Riley celebrates the completion of a $65 million project Monday.
A ribbon cutting was held for the new headquarters building on Custer Hill, Col. Donnie Walker did the honors.
The new facility will house a brigade of about 340 people.
It features advanced equipment, a motor pool and brand new work spaces.
Construction began on the project in September of 2007.
It was completed in December of last year.
