Pickup Rollover Kills Kansas Teen, Injures Two Others
The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Saturday afternoon crash killed Trenton Hoft of Phillipsburg. Joshua Crain of Phillipsburg and Jillie Lynn Ganoung of Plainville, both 16, were hospitalized.

PLAINVILLE, Kan. (AP) _ A 15-year-old boy is dead and two other
teens are hurt after a pickup truck went out of control and rolled
in Rooks County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said the crash Saturday afternoon killed Trenton Hoft of Phillipsburg. Joshua Crain of Phillipsburg and Jillie Lynn Ganoung of Plainville, both 16, were hospitalized.
All three teens were ejected from the truck as it rolled several times and came to rest in a ditch near Plainville.
The Highway Patrol said none of the teens was wearing a seat belt.
Late Saturday morning, 74-year-old Leodis Byers of Kansas City, Kansas, was killed when his vehicle went out of control on U.S. 24
near Basehor and rolled over in a field.
