DODGE CITY, Kan. (AP) _ With the state's four-casino agenda shaken by the withdrawals of two developers, officials say plans for a casino in Dodge City remain firmly on track.

Butler National Service Corp. president Clark Stewart tells the Dodge City Globe that the Olathe company still plans to go forward with the Boot Hill Casino and Resort. Kansas Lottery spokeswoman Sally Lunsford said "Nothing has changed.''

A 2007 Kansas law provides for one state-owned casino in each of four regions, with private firms designing, building and managing the enterprises.

Designated developer Harrah's Entertainment cited the poor economy in its decision to drop plans for a casino in the south-central region. Penn National withdrew its plan for a southeast region project, citing a nearby casino complex in Oklahoma.
