Back in 2001 my aunt, a woman who is paralyzed from the waist down, was sitting in her front room watching television when a 3 bullets that were fired during a drive by bursted through the window and hit her in the chest. She was home alone and because she was paralyzed couldn't get to a telephone to call for help, she died before anyone knew what happened. These cowards that shoot off 14 rounds of ammunition in a residential area need to be brought to justice.
