The organizer of the 2007 Dogstock concert in Melvern, Kansas has had a bad check charge dismissed in Shawnee County.

52 year old Randall Long had the charge filed back in February in Shawnee County District Court.

Tuesday Shawnee County District Court judge Mark Braun dismissed the case.

Court documents indicate Bruan ruled there was no probable cause long committed an offense in Shawnee County and that any alleged writing or delivery of a bad check occurred in Osage County.

Long goes to trial in Osage County next January 26.
