A proposal to replace an expired work contract at MGP Ingredients will be voted on this friday.

United food and commercial workers local 74-d will vote on a new proposal offered by the company Tuesday. The previous contract expired August 31st.

The union rejected a proposal from the company on September 26th.

A work stoppage was enacted the next day, and union members have been on the picket lines since.
