A supervisor at the VA Revenue Center is going to trial on indecent liberties with a child charges.

Nick Bales today had his trial date set for February 16th.

Judge Nancy Parrish will preside over the case.

He is charged with two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child 14-15 years old and one count of indecent liberties.

Bales will next be in court February fourth for a status conference.

A man is accused of a crime, where the accused works does not matter. We have a legal system which insures innocense 1st, until beyond reasonable doubt evidence proves guilt. It has worked well for over 200 years, let's let it work for this case too.

This man is NOT a Supervisor, He is a MANAGEMENT official. Quit insulting Supervisors who are allot better people than the management at HRC.
