Two local men are being thanked for their work at a children's camp.

EMT Robert Parker and EMT Kyle Bergman were invited to Tuesday's YMCA Board of Directors meeting to be recognized.

The two American Medical Response employees were honored for their work at Camp Hammond. Parker and Bergman painted a first aid area and worked on stocking it with supplies.

AMR was also recognized for the work the company put into creating an improved medical aid station at the camp.
