A Neodesha man is charged with stealing more than $700,000 from his previous employer. Larry Williams, 49, is accused of unlawfully transferring the money into bank accounts he controlled while working at "Molded Fiber Class Construction Company" in Independence.

The incidents happened between August of 1999 and July of 2006. He faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.

Is this red headed Larry Williams that did or would have graduated around 75 or 76?
