Topeka Man Injured and Arrested after Early Morning Accident
29-year-old Jimmy Hendricks arrested after early morning accident near 2610 SE California sends him to the hospital. He was later charged with driving under the influence, littering, and transporting a loaded weapon.

A Topeka man was taken to the hospital and arrested after an early morning accident in the 2500 block of SE California.
29-year-old Jimmy A. Hendricks hit a light pole about 2:50 a.m. near 2610 SE California. He had to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries according to Topeka Police.
He was later booked on charges including driving under the influence, littering and transporting a loaded weapon.
