Five-year old Hadyn Walter climbed into the chair for her first haircut Wednesday afternoon.

But she decided her long, curly locks could be put to good use.

She and her mother had watched a show on kids with cancer, and Hadyn wanted to help them out.

That led them to Lock Of Love, and stylist Jennifer Falley at Envy Salon, who had worked before with the organization which uses donated hair to make wigs for kids with cancer.

A few snips and Hadyn walked away with a new hair style, and helped others at the same time.

Thomas says "Go Hayden!" Dayne says "Cool haircut." What a beautful example of giving.
