Topeka, KS (WIBW)--The rain has caused a mess for several stores along Wanamaker at 21st street Saturday. A roof in the process of being repaired leaked overnight causing thousands of dollars of damage to several stores there.

The hardest hit was EZ-PC where the owner described the incoming water as a rush of waterfalls. He is frustrated that the roofing company Integrity Roofing didn't properly seal the work they had ongoing from last night causing what he says is near $20,000 in damage.

13 News spoke with the landlord of the complex and the owner of Integrity Roofing they say their focus right now is getting the leak to stop and then they will investigate to see whose insurance company is responsible for damages.
