The man whose girlfriend spent a month stuck to a toilet seat received probation for his role in the incident.
A judge sentenced Kory McFarren Tuesday to one year supervised probation and ordered him to undergo a mental evaluation.
McFarren called Ness County authorities in February to report his girlfriend was sick. When officers arrived they found the woman physically stuck to the toilet after sitting on it for a month.
She spent up to two years locked in the bathroom. At the time, McFarren said she was scared to come out.
