Security Benefit names two men to leadership positions in the company.

John Frye and John Guyot have been named Senior Vice Presidents.

Frye is appointed to Chief Financial Officer.

He joins Security Benefit from General Electric, where he served as CFO.

Guyot has been promoted to General Counsel and Secretary of Security Benefit Corporation.

He takes over for Michael Keefer, who has just retired.
