TOPEKA, Kan. - Kendra Holford, 22, remains in critical condition Monday night, recovering after she was hit by a vehicle at a local bar over the weekend.

Holford's father tells 13 News that Kendra pushed a man out of the way of a car in the parking lot of Bullfrogs Bar and Grille, 4115 SW Huntoon around 2 a.m. Saturday.

Witnesses say a fight had broken out and the vehicle appeared to be headed right toward the man. Kendra was hit by the vehicle instead.

Her father says she suffered several injuries including two broken legs and a broken collar bone.

Police arrested the driver, Rolando Leon-Rodriguez. He's booked on charges of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and is also on hold for immigration.

We have not been able to get anyone at Bullfrogs to comment on the incident.

Ralph.....I think you need to get a LIFE!!!!I am getting more and more irritated at people that sit around and only find fault with everything. What a horrible life you must have.(and the people that have to be around you). My thoughts and prayers go out to the young lady that was injured.
