Investigators believe they know what caused last month's fatal plane crash in Leavenworth County.

Dual engine power loss was likely the cause of the June 24th crash that killed both men aboard the plane according to federal investigators.

A preliminary report by the NTSB says the pilot of the central airlines aero commander was instructing a pilot-in-training when the aircraft went into a steep turn and crashed.
