We're on your side with a series of road closings that may effect your commute through Topeka.

If you take the 21st street exit off of I-470 you'll need to find another exit for part of this weekend.

The southwest 21st street bridge will close for a repair project starting Friday night at 7.

All lanes on 21st street over I-470 will be closed near the ramps.

The bridge is expected to open back up about 3 p.m. Saturday.

South of Auburn, shutting down tomorrow is southwest 103rd street from Auburn Road to Indian Hills.

This road block starts at about 8 a.m. Thursday and should re-open Friday.

----------

A couple of I-70 ramps re-opened Wednesday night.

You can now use the entrance and exit ramps from California Avenue to eastbound I-70 in east Topeka.

Crews replaced damaged sections of concrete pavement on the roadway.

The entire $1.6 million project on the Adams Street-Branner Trafficway project is scheduled to be finished by mid-summer.
