A Topeka man charged with indecent liberties of a child will have a preliminary hearing next month.

Shawnee County District Court Thursday set the hearing date for July 25th in the case of 41-year-old Oscar Garza.

Garza is accused of offenses to two different children. One was 14 when the crime allegedly occurred; the other was between the ages of 14 and 16.
