You might need to change your regular driving route this weekend.

MacVicar Avenue in Topeka shut down from the I-70 interchange to the 6th street intersection.

Crews will spend the weekend doing sewer installation work, it's all part of the five laning of the avenue leading to Hummer Sports Park.

The road should re-open at 4 p.m. Monday.
