Harrah's unveiled its $500 million casino plans in Topeka today.

The proposed casino would be located in Sumner county, but will affect the Capital City as well.

It's one of four applications for sumner county getting a closer look.

Projections show this one could bring in $96 million a year.

A group of Topeka area developers, including Nancy Seitz of Sumner Resorts has been working to advance the project.

She says it would include the casino, but also an 18-hole golf course, as well as an ampitheater.

She hopes a partnership with the country music channel will bring in big-name acts.
