Topeka Man Pleads Guilty to Robbing Three Topeka Gas Stations Save Email Print

A Topeka man is convicted on his plea to the robberies of three local gas stations.

29-year-old Richard Schroller pleaded guilty to robbing Devlin's on January 5th, robbing a Phillips 66 the next day, then robbing a Conoco station three days after that.

Schroller used a gun in each robbery.

Sentencing range for an aggravated robbery is four and a half to more than 20 years based on criminal history.

Just goes to show, I guess how desperate someone can get....a few months away from getting off parole...couldnt find a decent job....a friend since 4th grade.
