NESS CITY, Kan. (AP) _ A Ness City man whose girlfriend who sat on a toilet for so long that the seat adhered to her body was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a neighbor's teenage daughter and her friends.
Kory McFarren was arrested Sunday for alleged lewd and lascivious behavior and spent the night in jail before bonding out, said Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple.
McFarren, 36, could not be reached for comment. No charges had been filed as of Thursday.
McFarren was charged last week with a misdemeanor count of mistreatment of a dependent adult after his girlfriend, Pam Babcock, 35, was found stuck to the toilet in late February. Police believe she stayed in the couple's bathroom for up to two years and sat on the toilet for about a month.

When this first came out many people had a little compassion for Mr. McFarren thinking that he was just doing what his girlfriend asked of him and that he was not the victim here. But after this incident it makes you wonder how badly he might have treated Miss Babcock. Confined to a bathroom and living in a house with a pervert makes you wonder what was really going on.
