- Gourmet Boutique Recalls 143 Tons of Meat
More than 286,000 pounds of meat and poultry because it might be contaminated with bacteria that can cause high fever, headache, nausea, and in come cases, death. There have been no reports of illnesses associated with the meat. Included are sandwiches, burritos sold by Jan's, Archer Farms, Gourmet Boutique. Company's phone message says it made changes to prevent future problems.
